Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the pk2888 website, mobile application, and all associated services ("Services") is subject to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of pk2888's platform following any published amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. We strongly recommend that you review this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this document.

These terms apply uniformly to all users accessing pk2888 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, or any other location. No exceptions are made based on geography within the platform's intended service area.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on pk2888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk2888 does not permit anyone under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling or casino-style gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of pk2888.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from pk2888 for a violation of these Terms.
• You are using funds that belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity.

pk2888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pk2888 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Your pk2888 login credentials — username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You must not share, sell, or otherwise allow any third party access to your account. pk2888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be required for large withdrawals.
• Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pk2888 supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Pakistan, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified within your account settings.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times.
• pk2888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours subject to successful identity verification and compliance checks.
• pk2888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed high-risk or unusual in pattern.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method previously used for deposits and verified in the account holder's name.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk2888 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-related cricket betting promotions — are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough"). This is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 35x depending on the offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the duration stated in the respective offer. Unused bonuses expire automatically after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address.
• pk2888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated conditions.
• If the platform determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, exploited through arbitrage, or abused via coordinated play, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided.

Specific bonus terms are published alongside each promotion on the pk2888 promotions page. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms stated here and the individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on pk2888 — including cricket betting, live dealer tables, Dragon and Tiger, Lucky Piggy, and video slots — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or live dealer outcomes and are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, pk2888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before commencing play. pk2888 is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• For sports and cricket betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic matches, ICC for international events, PSL for Pakistan Super League fixtures).
• Bets placed after a match or event has commenced — unless offered as live/in-play markets — will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. pk2888 reserves the right to limit or restrict stakes for any account at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk2888. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use any external tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in real-money games to gain an unfair edge, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to participate in games or place bets on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to pk2888. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Money Laundering: Using pk2888's platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account to circumvent limits, abuse bonuses, or evade a suspension.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or providing false information during KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk2888 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface design, written content, promotional materials, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk2888 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk2888 content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk2888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or revenue resulting from technical failures, game errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the platform.
• Any third-party actions including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or unauthorised access not caused by our negligence.

pk2888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using pk2888, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described therein.

We employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and pk2888 cannot guarantee absolute security.

Suspension & Account Closure

pk2888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk2888 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, pk2888 and you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk2888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Amendments to Terms

pk2888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of pk2888 following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
